About the event
200 years ago, bread was made with stone ground wheat containing bran, germ, and endosperm. Today’s bread is very different. Finely milled flour is the brainchild of Pillsbury and General Mills, dating back to the 1870s, and marks the beginning of food industrialization. Come and learn about whole foods and the myth of whole grains.
